Who: Brendan and Carson
What: A hug!
When: Saturday afternoon
Where: Brendan's place
Rating: PG

Crime tended to scare Carson. He was already a relatively fragile human being but to hear of one of his own friends getting stabbed was enough to shake him. Especially knowing Brendan could be caught up in all of it. Mind, had he known what Brendan had done to Dylan, he would be just as scared of the man he considered his best friend as he was of most bad people. However he didn't and so after hearing William was hurt he baked cookies - chocolate chip and white chocolate chip - and put them in a container.

With them in hand and Sparky on a leash he walked the mile or so to Brendan's home, not bothered by it in the least. For a man who was used to walking everywhere, a mile was nothing. Stepping up to the door he knocked, waiting, Sparky sitting at his feet calmly even as Trinket started yipping.
