First Intro!
Hiya! My name is Kait and I am an RP-aholic. I tried to cut back, but I maintain that my inability to do so is all college's fault for failing to entertain me 24/7. And Alissa's fault for exploiting my weaknesses.

So this is Gabriel Sherlock - you may call him Gabe, or Sherlock, he has no real preference - he is my newest kiddo and probably will not be my last in this particular game. He's 22-years old and, much like myself, he is stuck in the limbo between high school diploma and college degree. He lives with his single mom, both because he can't really afford his own place, and because he feels obligated to take care of her. He's a waiter and a student because he has to be, a skateboarder, musician, and all-around sweetheart because he wants to be, and a wisecracker because...I can't play a character who isn't. It just can't be done.

Oh yes, and he's also slowly discovering that he can read peoples' minds. Crazy, non? He is a telepath, but just a baby one right now; his abilities will expand and flourish as time goes on. Since the chemical spill, he's been hearing the odd voice in his head that isn't his own, but Gabe hasn't even remotely entertained the possibility that he's developing superpowers. He thinks he might be losing his mind sometimes, but this has happened rarely enough over the past couple of months that it doesn't concern him too much. He has the potential to develop the ability to project his own thoughts and ideas into the minds of others, and manipulate senses and emotions, but he's got a long way to go. Just be glad I didn't give into the temptation to make the kid a complete asshole. With that kind of power, the idea was too disturbing even for me.

As far as plot goes, he grew up and went to high school in Bristol, so he knows people. He can always use friends, as he's a friendly guy, and he's got a few ex-girlfriends bopping around. Hell, somebody can even play his mom, if it tickles you. I'm up for pretty much anything, so float me some ideas.
