Suki sighed heavily as she walked through the streets of the Upper Ring. Her belongings were carefully tucked away in a sack strewn over her shoulder, and her auburn hair stroked her cheeks as a whisper of air brushed past. It was good to be here in Ba Sing Se. With any luck, she'd be able to locate Aang and the others soon. If she calculated correctly, they would probably be somewhere in the Middle Ring- inconspicuous and comfortable. She'd searched there all of the previous day and heard nary a word of the strange-looking group that should by now be in the city. That they would be in the Upper Ring was unlikely, Suki thought, unless they had already spoken to the Earth King. Still, there was no harm in looking. She strolled lazily. As far as she was concerned, she deserved a little leisure. Just after she left the Avatar's group and rejoined the other Kyoshi Warriors, darts and punches and fire had been thrown her way by three mysterious young women. She'd shooed Appa and fought with all of her strength, sweat smearing her ceremonial makeup, hands clammy on her fans, and then... Then she woke in a prison cell. The first time a guard came to give her meager sustenance, she spat on him and demanded to know where she was. The second time, she kicked the guard through the cell bars. On it went for days until she overheard a conversation between two of her captors. "The Kyoshi leader? We won't have to deal with her much longer. She's being sent to the Boiling Rock." "The Boiling Rock?" gasped the other, "Well, they're better suited to handle her attitude than a regular prison." Her remembrances were halted suddenly when a slip of paper floated onto her head. Her blue eyes widened in happy shock; it was a picture of Appa, and there was an address in the Upper Ring, not two streets from where she was! She ran now to the house in question and knocked on the door enthusiastically. "I didn't expect to see you so soon," she said with a smile as the door slid open.
