Gateway: New York to New Asgard
Dr. Strange has installed a gateway door in the New Avengers Tower, Floor 38's commons kitchen area. It connects to a spare room in Thor and Jane's home in New Asgard. Because it's installed in someone's home, it is invite only (IC and/or OOC permission) OR if in dire need during attacks on the Tower that may result in loss of life (gamewide plots only). Asgardians without Bifrost or path-walking capability can use the doorway to get to New York to help in emergency situations (gamewide plots only).
Characters with family members or children are the only ones allowed to live in a 2 bedroom apartment.
Asgardians have multiple ways to reach New York quickly in a crisis, so are allowed to remain living in New Asgard (their canon setting). Any personal apartment must be cleared by a mod, and this can be revoked if it becomes a problem by using locations to avoid plots or outside interaction with other players. The average price of a Manhattan apartment is very high, so only characters with a large, steady income can afford this on their own.
Only important canon or game locations that have been used in plots will be given a Locations entry above.
