Ernie smiled at the response, turning his head slightly when she kissed his cheek to help facilitate the finding of his lips. Not that a kiss on the cheek was bad by any stretch of the imagination, but it wasn't really what either of them were looking for, either.
Her lips were soft, and kissing her was sweet and nice. And Ernie decided that perhaps they could spare quite a bit of time for this. He was Head Boy after all. He could come up with some sort of excuse or another.
They were Hufflepuffs after all. They were clearly going to need to put that determination and hard-work into practicing. Perhaps quite a bit.
