Ernie sighed, frowning slightly, though he didn't let go of her hand.
"Of course. I think most of us do. I have no idea where Justin is..." Ernie tried his best not to think about it, though it was hard when he had to look at an empty bed every night. It made him feel like a horrible, terrible person, to actively try and forget about Justin and the sorts of horrors he must be facing, but Ernie also couldn't do anything about it.
He had to focus on the horrors that were in front of himself, and he just didn't have the energy anymore to do more than that.
