"Just peachy," Oliver yelled back, desperately longing for a broomstick. His experience with Death Eaters had taught him several things, most importantly that he did not have the necessary knowledge to take them on in a magical duel. Unfortunately, however, most Death Eaters were as inconsiderate not to take this into account and allow Oliver to settle the score with the use of his fists, so that he tended to try and use bit of advantage he had at his disposal. It was near impossible to beat him in a mid-air duel. Unfortunately, things looked differently on the ground.
Oliver's gaze darted between Alicia and the Death Eaters who were regrouping. He had taken them by surprise the first time. That particular advantage was done with now. Oliver looked back at Alicia and the people she saved from the water. They needed more time.
He took a deep breath and took in his surroundings, forcing himself to ignore the hexes that whizzed past his face. There was enough cargo around for him to use for what he had in mind. Oliver grabbed his wand more tightly then pushed himself up and ran at the Death Eaters, evading hexes and sending spells at the cargo as he went.
He had the insane urge to yell 'Geronimo!' as he ran and hexed. Everything would be fine if he just made it close enough.
