As soon as the meeting was officially adjourned, and Fred had said most of his goodbyes - the longest, of course, being forced out of him by poor Molly, who made him promise again and again (and again) that he'd be "safe out there" - he approached Kingsley once more, waiting for him to have a free moment before speaking.
"I didn't want to take time away from the meeting, but might you have a quick moment?" It was potentially unlike Fred to take such serious initiative, and he was more than aware of it, so he added, quickly, "It's nothing too dire. I just wanted to talk to you about something."
