Fred had arrived at Kingsley's home a bit later than the others, having had to close up shop before apparating away from Diagon, but he had still made it just in time for the meeting, proper, to begin. When the din quieted down and Kingsley called them to order, he waited a moment to allow more pressing matters to perhaps be brought up before he spoke up himself.
" 've the photo you asked for, Kingsley," he called out from his place atop one of the counters, hopping down momentarily to pull the picture - the only visual evidence they had of Penelope Clearwater - from his pocket and moving forward to hand it over. "This is her. Always knew I'd be able to knick that picture back someday," he added, lightly, with a grin, referring to the fact that it was obviously a photo that Percy had forced him to relinquish after it was developed.
