"As far as I've ever experienced, yes. That's the good side to it." He heaved a heavy sigh and took the washcloth gently, scrubbing at his hands and face a moment. The cloth was a mild iron red color by the time it was all said and done. The bad side was that he wasn't going to sleep tonight.
Jason shuddered and reached out to grasp something, Kyle's clawed hand being the closest thing. It helped him anchor himself in the here and now without slipping back into the mild memories of what had happened in the nightmares. "Please...just sit here." He couldn't ask for anything more, but he did need Kyle close by for now. He needed the company and the companionship. He needed someone to talk to and above all, he needed someone he could trust in his moments of weakness.
