So hey Guys. My name is Amber, and I am pretty fail. =D (seriously, I’ve been lurking here for a few days now, but I kept forgetting to do an intro).

Anyway here with me is Jacob Campbell, who prefers to be called Jake. He’s a little bit of a cocky jerk, but he isn’t all bad. He might tease you a little too much, but he’s not doing it to be mean, he just thinks he’s hilarious. He’s outgoing and doesn’t mind talking to people, but he’s a bit short tempered.

He works at Astor Ridge as a security guard. He’s pretty much open for any sort of interactions. Oh! And he’s Lei’s older brother and he’s friends with Carver.

Hallo! It's Meesh with my second character. This is Jennifer Cline, PB'd by the painfully adorable Anna Friel. She's been living at Astor Ridge for about a month, so if you want your character to know her, feel free. Just lemmie know. :)

She's super friendly and loves to chat, so if she corners your character in the elevator and babbles for the entire ride, she apologizes now.

Her info is here. For the overview, she inherited the apartment after her parents died in a car crash. She has an older sister and a younger brother (looking to fill both those slots, if anyone's interested), and a recent-ish ex that she's still hung up on.

Heyo! Impending over-enthusiastic introduction. Warning: I've been known to cause diabetes.

My name is Erin (and some of you know me already--poor, poor souls), and I currently have 3 pups here at Astor. Originally I had that set as my limit, but I may possibly be enabled by another if someone has a wanted they reeeeally need filled.

First off, there's Lei Campbell:

Lei is a housekeeper at Astor, performing duties such as cleaning, laundry, and runner services to the residents. She was born in Beijing, but adopted as an infant by a blue-collar Bostonian family. She's in her 20's, sweet and friendly, a bit of a tomboy who loves the Three Stooges and baseball. She's a bit shy around people she doesn't know, mainly because of the usual language barrier--Lei is Deaf. She mainly communicates via ASL, but she can read lips fairly well and also has the ability to speak--she's just a bit self conscious about what her voice must sound like. She lives on the second floor.

Secondly, there's Nina Montgomery:

Nina is the youngest child of political powerhouse George Montgomery, sister to the black-sheep of the family, Alexander Montgomery (turn_into_me), and lives in apartment 2108. Nina is the product of American Royalty--she's sweet and charitable, friendly and lovable... in the public eye. When the charade is dropped, she's a spoiled, manipulative general/puppet of her father's regime. She's crazy (like a fox), and generally hard to predict behind closed doors.

Thirdly, there's Penelope James:

Always going by 'Nell', this 27 year old tattoo artist just moved into the ninth floor of Astor in the last week of December. She co-owns a tattoo shop in Destiny Falls called 'Sabre Tattoos' with her business partner/best friend (open for adoption). Nell is reposed and zen-like, calm and genuinely welcoming of those around her, for the most part. She has a tormented history, and is haunted by triggers that occasionally catch people off guard. She enjoys deep conversations and is unfailingly honest, and can often be seen with a scrawny red weasel named Lars stretched across her shoulders. Nell is tattooed from her shoulders to her waist, with a few scattered designs on her hands and feet as well... that and her chopped, quirky haircut is what usually draws attention to her.
