Hi. This is going to sound like some 12-step program... I'm RitaJ, and I have arthritis. I'm 50. For me, the basal joint arthrosis (thumbs) is the worst part, but spinal stenosis and hip pain run right behind. I'm determined not to let this get me down! My biggest interests have to do with sharing ways to cope. One example might be adaptive devices, like easy-grip eating and cooking utensils. Inventive ways to put on your socks might be another. Also, ways to reduce stressors and good eating habits. Thanks for this community.
