Okay, I decided that I need to come back here, which is why I bring you Austin Gomez. This is what happens when you watch Addams Family while working on a character. This played by is Shane West, as you can see. I don't have much decided for him yet, aside from the fact that he's a wanna-be musician, I figured I would first throw him out there and see what lines I can get before I work on him. Okay so hi! I'm going to be bringing in this Carly Smithson pretty soon (as in the next day or so) and I was wondering what kind of lines I could get for her. She's 25, almost 26, moved to the States from Dublin, Ireland about four years ago and moved to Arlington two years ago after a split with a douchebag boyfriend and splits her time between working at Red Hot Tattoo (that can be changed if there are other tattoo artists around, I just googled and picked the first one I saw haha) and bartending at ![[info]](http://www.insanejournal.com/img/community.gif) clubwinter. She loves to sing and dance, can most likely drink any man under the table, and is fiercely loyal to those closest to her. She's really friendly and generally doesn't have a problem with anyone unless you fucked her over or fucked a friend of hers over. She's always up for a good time and doesn't give a shit what people think about her because she's determined to live her life as she wants to, not how other people think she should live it. This is kind of rushed because I'm about to get ready to head out to a show, but if you need any more info, feel free to ask!

This is Sean, malanna's twin brother newly returned from Ireland. He boasts that he's a Fire King and he pays more attention to the pyrotechnics at concerts than the music. He used to work for a traveling carnival and still does a lot of fire breathing, hooping, and swallowing as party tricks, but now that he's expected to help with the income at home (he lives with his sister, above the garage) he's gotten two part time jobs -- one at Aeropostale at The Parks during the week and as a ride attendant (and Goofy's understudy) at Six Flags on the weekends. If your character spends much time at either place from here on out, those'll probably be the best bet for random scenes or potential meeting spots. And, of course, there's always the option of meeting people through his sister, so don't be surprised if I start poaching lines from that. I've got a fifteen facts sort of thing set up here for those who'd like something a little more concrete to look at for things, though I might beef it up with more personality-related bullet points while I work on his application. I'd love to do some brainstorming, if you've only got basic ideas, or just working out potential scenes if I get in.

Hey everyone, This is Tyler Shelten the pb is the gorgeous Ace Young. He's 25 and he's a music producer that grew up in Arlington. He lived in Nashville for awhile where he met and really clicked with mcallister. He moved back to Arlington around two years ago and opened up his own recording studio. He typically will let his friends use it on occasion for next to nothing.

This here is Devin Renee Phillips, pb'd by the lovely Ms. Jennifer Nettles. I'm looking to bring her to arlington here soon. I don't have much for her bio wrote just yet, but what I do have so far is as follows:
Born in July of 1981 (can be changed)
Born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma
Is the youngest of three (Two older brothers. This can also be changed to having younger or older siblings be it a brother or sister. I won't change, however, her having two siblings.
Went to Hawaii two years ago to appear on Real Life Hawaii (obviously fake)
After the reality show, she went back to Oklahoma and sat around town until she finally decided to use her degree in journalism from Oklahoma State and put it to some use. In which, brought her to Arlington, but the job fell through and now she's living off her savings.
She's only been here a short time so she doesn't really know anybody. Her family is all still in Tulsa unless a sibling or both of them happened to turn up in Arlington.
Edit: I have a slightly more detailed bio in her journal now. I still need to work on it a bit more, but it's more than what I had the last time, which was nothing.

While I finish setting him up thought i'd fish for some storylines. If you've been living under a rock or just never watched Fox between January and May of this year the pb is the talented David Archuleta. I know he's been on the wanted list for awhile so throw me what you've got. I don't have his info up in his journal yet but basics are:
He's 17 years old and he'll be 18 in a few months. He's lived in Arlington off and on for most of his life. Both of his parents were/are drug addicts. His dad died of a drug overdose when he was 10 and his mom lost custody of him when he was 13 years old. He bounced around from foster home to foster home until here recently when thanks to the help of his beloved vocal coach monicaraquel he was reunited with his brother who is 25. As of a month ago his brother has legal custody of him and Aaron now lives with him here in Arlington full time.

I'm considering bringing this guy here and was wondering if there were any exact lines needed like family or coworkers? He has a pretty detailed bio already but I'm probably going to switch around a few (or a lot) of things. Right now he's raising his brother's daughter and has been living in Texas for a few years with her. It's up for change though because I might make him a rancher's son. His last name can also be changed since it's not part of either screen name. At any rate, I'm open to suggestions while I work out the kinks in his story. Just... anything but preplanned romance since I like to let those things develop in the game.

i'm hoping to bring in my guy here soon, once i get some storylines set up for his. this is grae harlowe, pb'd by james franco. a californian transplant, grae moved to arlington when he was in high school with his dad, older brother, and younger sister (who i still need) and has become the resident pot dealer since then. often perceived as just another stupid stoner, grae's actually rather intelligent, and has been known to randomly bust out with little nuggets of intellect. trying to save up enough cash to go back to school for psychology, he's on the hunt for an actual day job. lives in his father's (his father died not long after the move) old colonial house with his older brother and his best friend. aside from all that, he's a clean slate. would love to find a seth rogan for the best friend sl (if anyone may be willing?), otherwise other friends, customers, future co-workers, potential love interested - i'd love to have them all!

I'm going to try this again now that I'm in the group. Sometimes I have a tendency to be a little aim shy so sorry. I have a sister sl graceanne and a best friend/ ex slchasesmythe. She has two older brothers, one a twin with her sister Grace. She's a Full time student at UTA and waitress' to earn a little bit of money. She's usually the one sitting back in a corner, observing and taking mental notes of everyone else even though she'll gladly talk when she's spoken to. Even though she gets the reputation of the rich stuck up girl she's really as sweet and humble. I'm pretty much up for anything so you can get in touch with me at Brynns Corner. How's it goin' ladies and gents? I'm D and I just applied with this guy, a fella from Knoxville, TN played by Trace Cyrus. Trace is in the up-and-coming band Metro Station for those of y'all who are unaware and is one of those horribly delightful scene guys. I chose him for this character because he looks like an ordinary guy, more or less, and he fits what I had in store for him. Anyway! I have a MASSIVE survey filled out in his journal (right here) if you'd like to check it out and get a feel for what Dan is like.
I'm extremely open to in-character IMs and OOC IMs to hash out storylines or just to talk. I'm really, really friendly and won't bite unless asked ;D!
Dan can fill almost any storyline you're looking to have filled, except for romantic storylines. Potentially romantic storylines are okay, because you never know what'll happen in your life, but I'd prefer to find friends, frienemies, wing men, wing women, people in the music industry, people from UTA, guys and gals who also work at Pei Wei or a movie theatre, a landlord, anything and everything!
I'm looking forward to talking to each. and. every. one of you. I MEAN it. I will hunt y'all down and message the crap out of you. Just sayin'.

ETA Aug 07 For future or incoming members, I'd really like to get a handful of his relations in. He has a pretty massive family. Dan has four sisters and a little brother. Names and ages can be negotiated, though in the survey I called his siblings Donna, Tracy, Meredith, Belinda, and Toby, in order from oldest to youngest. I'm also looking for cousins, uncles, aunts, whatever.
And I'm going to try and set up a local band. They're new and are fusing various genres of music - mostly R&B, punk, and electronica - but I haven't come up with a name or anything like that yet. So far, I haven't pegged a lead vocalist, bassist, drummer, or keyboard player. Maybe there could be a cellist? Don't really care about gender of the band members but I'd envisioned them as a group of good friends who're super passionate about their work. They can be any age, ranging from 17-45, and pretty much be whatever the hell you want them to be.

Hi! I'm hoping to bring this girl in (pb: Kelly Brook), but so far she's a pretty clean slate so I thought I'd see what I could get for SLs before I started working on her bio and all that. The only things locked into place right now are that her name is Josseleta, she's 27 (though that could be adjusted by a year or two), and she's mute. She gives piano lessons and does a bit of swimsuit modeling to make extra money, for sure, but I'd also like to have her as working as a teacher at the Jean Massieu Academy (primarily for deaf students) though I haven't decided that for sure yet, and I'm definitely not sure what grade level. And that's a lot of "sures" in there, which I apologize about, but this just shows my level of uncertainty on what to do with her! Any ideas or potential storylines or anything like that would be fantastic. She loves instrumental music, her baby grand is her most prized possession, and she's got a relatively upbeat personality. Beyond that, she's a clean slate, so friends, family, anything and everything, I am good to go with.

Hello! This is Shiloh Kaufmann, he'll turn 30 this December, and he could really use some storylines! He's a relocated east coaster who mostly concentrates on music and writing, and has managed to combine those into a career running a popular website that hosts features with artists that play in the metro area as well as reviews of records and live shows. The recognition of his name also allows him to make a little extra cash by DJing private or sponsored parties, and occasionally when bored, he sits in with his friends' bands on guitar or piano.

Hi Everyone! I hope in bring this character to the game. This is Lauren Valliant; 20 year old - junior at UTA. She is one of the star players on the softball team and currently majoring in Social Work. Originally from Boston, Lauren moved to Arlington at age 8. Her father is a gym (or physical education) teacher at Arlington High School. Her mother died when Lauren was 11, so she went through a depression period in her life. Lauren went to Arlington High School and was both on the swimming & softball team. She goes to college at UTA and she works at Hurricane Harbor as a lifeguard.
