Hello everyone! I just applied this girl here. Her name's Jael Price with the PB of Evan Rache Wood. She's a singer, and I've given her the lyric claims of Fiona Apple and Poe. She's 21, and has been in the music business for four years, though she kind of fell off the map for a while. She's a private person, and usually likes to keep to herself. Though she's quiet, she's certainly not shy, and isn't afraid to speak her mind or stand up for her beliefs. She lives in New York City at the moment, and prefers it over Los Angeles, mostly because her brother is there.
I don't have any set lines in mind, so anything would work. I'd love to see her producer or some people she's toured with in the past. Besides that, friends, enemies, exes, I don't know...we can brainstorm. It'll be great!

Hi guys! I'm bringing in Alanah Nash here, pb Kate Bosworth. I'm going to keep this short and sweet so I can get back to setting her up. She's 25, born and raised in New York. She's a host on TRL, has been for almost 5 years, and she still has no desire to move on. She'll have done a few other things here and there, but nothing much.

hello lovely members of ![[info]](http://www.insanejournal.com/img/community.gif) communita! i have come to bow before your presence for storylines. i plan on bring in this lily allen ( face and musical stylings ) so i figured i'd see if any of you wonderful would be interested in working out something. she hails from london town but does travel across the pond quite a bit. i'm still trying to decide if she's going to be strictly music or if she'll dabble in something else but, music is her big focus. she'll be about twenty two years but with the attitude of a fifty year old perpetually drunk sailor. or something along those lines...
anyway, now that i have successfully turned that into a jumbled mess, i will let you at it like a pack of hungry wolves! anything and everything guys, give it to me like benatar!

okay ladies and gents, let's try this again! i applied as laine sorbon about a month ago but a few days later a pretty big family emergency went down overseas, and i ended up having to go to italy to sort out the drama. i just got back a few days ago now that everything is okay, and i feel super bad that i just left this rp point blank. i'm going to apply again and keep things the same as they were before - i hope everyone i had sls with is still up for them! my sl post from before is here (i'm way too lazy to make a new one) and i'd love to have some more. thanks in advance, guys :-)

i'm going to try to keep this as short and sweet as possible!
i bring you gavin nikonov, 27 year old actor from the new york area. his introduction to fame was his role in love actually ( credits listed here ). he tends to lay low when not promoting a film though, in the early years, he was known to do the bar crawl from time to time. for the most part, he's pretty low key but very passionate about what he does.
phew, i did manage to keep it neat and short. anyway, i figured i'd throw him out there for a few lines. he's done his fair share of films so if they were co-stars then i'd be happy to work something out. perhaps one or two ex-girlfriends, some pals to go bar hopping with, a best friend ( think leo and toby ), and anything else you could possibly think of.

Charles Jackson Cranston, played by one of my lord and saviors, Daniel-Day Lewis. But prefers to go by CJ. Most famous as a recording artist with a career going back nearly 30 years and 12 albums. Most of his songs have been about a stark, bleak but still hopefull view of American life (Music and lyric credits of Bruce Springsteen), along with a mix of people attempting to overcome all odds against them. Blue collar anthems and working class ballads are his specialty. A tad older than some of the young bucks out there (52 in September), but he still has a young spirit and keeps himself from feeling or acting his age.
He's also a published author with his first novel "Mystic River" earning a considerable amount of acclaim and recognition. He published a second, "Shutter Island" and is finishing up his third book, "Coronado: Stories" which is set to be released sometime in early 2009. He's also been in two films, but with very small cameo roles. Blink and you'll miss 'em, but he's there!
Married for eight years from 1990-1998, his wife died of Ovarian cancer. He's been a strong supporter for prevention of the disease ever since. He's become a bit more closed off ever since her death. It's been a very long healing process. Only with the past year or so has he declared himself 'on the market' as it were.
Aside from cancer research, he is an advocate for small town America, against political correctness in any form and believes in the importance of family and community.
Game for whatever is tossed his way. There's a rough version of his credits up while I finish his bio. But looking forward to it!

So this is horribly late, but this here is Zoe Lamb, 23 about to be 24 on the 20. She's best known for her role as Stephanie Tanner on Full House, but she has done some movies, modeling, and just released a cd earlier this year. Zoe is known to be a bit flighty; she's a sweet girl, means well, but has a very short attention span and came come off as flippant, uncaring, and self centered. Which isn't to say she isn't a bit spoiled, cuz she is, but she doesn't typically show it. She is currently pregnant with Cam ![[info]](http://www.insanejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) cavell's baby, and taking a break from her career-- just for a few weeks, she hopes to be running something of a normal schedule soon.
I'd love to connect to her ex-costars! She needs friends, enemies and frienimies, anything you got!

Hi everyone! I am bring Kamdyn James, 27 year old actress who is originally from Boston. Her claim to fame was being DJ Tanner on Full House She later starred in some movies like American Pie, The Notebook, Sin City and many more in her credits, here! Growing up in the public eye was hard for Kamdyn and she had developed an eating disorder, after her father died at age 14 and ended after Full House ended. She is an active speaker for eating disorder awareness and other things that are important to her. Her personality is vibrant, sweet, dorky but at times she can be shy, hot headed and swears like a drunken sailor. Kamdyn is a woman of change, meaning she likes to change up her hair styles, clothes, and movie roles. But she does it, because she just likes to have fun and be wild.
I am throwing her out there for any storylines you guys could think of. I am open to anything. She just needs some friends, co-stars, frienemies, flings, exs. Whatever you got open! Thanks:)

Some of you might remember Gen, some might not. I'll try to give as quick an overview as possible on her, but I make no promises.
Genavive Harlem is an author who primarily writes thriller/horror types of novels but isn't locked into the genre. Her latest novel House of Leaves is coming out on the first, after a bit of a delay in printing and distribution, and she's currently in the process of writing a novel based on the experiences she had while in Africa, interviewing and aiding women who've been subjected to female circumcision.
Her mother's the District Attorney of New York and her grandmother is a historical romance novelist who's about as well known as, say, Danielle Steel or Nora Roberts. She has a strong political base through her mother and an ambitious goal for writing from her grandmother. She's been arrested a few times, usually for protests or the like, and is very outspoken about anything from education to sex education, freedom of speech to how political correctness is ruining the country, freedom of choice to how love is just a Pavlovian response to remove guilt about casual or procreational sex.
She does a little acting, here and there, but is really enjoying her foray into directing (the film version of her novel Hard Candy came out just a couple months ago) and hopes to begin working on the next movie on her directorial list soon. She also sings (voice of Ani Difranco) but it's one of the few 'humble' things she does since she honestly doesn't give a damn how the albums sell so long as the songs mean something to the people who end up getting them. 100% of the profits of all music related things go toward cancer research, so she doesn't have a personal stake in the sales and just puts out music because she likes doing it.
Ummm this is getting long. Sorry. She just got out of a semi-serious relationship, jam-packed with drama, and is now happily resuming her mindset that relationships are for idiots and single life is the way to go. She also -- and this is the fun part -- is going to be starting up an advice column through her blog, a sort of Dear Abbie kind of thing except with her generally oddball or blunt point of view involved. I'll have a post in her journal for question submissions, which can either be genuinely from a character or completely made up, I don't care! Whenever she has enough questions she'll do a blog update with it, so it won't be a weekly thing, but that's okay.
She hasn't worked on many films, but if they've worked together at all or had a chance to run into each other somewhere, I'm all for something. If nothing else, I figure there's always the advice column!

This here is Gavin Bennett, 27 and he's a another part of Saturday with cavell. He's an adopted party kid who is obsessed with anything 80s/90s and likes to buy things on infomercials late at night. He was raised in Jersey and then New York, has a sister two years younger than him, adores his niece and if Zoe wasn't in the way he'd probably screw his best friend...but only if he was completely wasted. Ummm he's a little out there, doesn't care what anyone thinks and loves the fact that the press is trying to figure out if he is or isn't fucking dalexis. He doesn't let things get to him, most of it rolling off his back. He's been in the business for a while so he'll have friends and maybe some enemies since he has a tendency to speak his mind and not care about the repercussions.

hi there! this is melodie adams, a 15-year-old british actress with a bit of a love/hate relationship with acting. her entire family had a taste of fame before she was born, and she started out determined not to become famous, but her older sister dragged her to an audition in the states, where the young girl landed her first role in the sisterhood of the traveling pants. she refused to comply with everyone's requests until the third week of filming, where she just gave up her spitfire act. since then, she's loved acting on the silver screen and on stage, although she refuses to act in television shows. she's certainly not the typical child star. she likes being a goofball, making up impromptu dances while not filming and singing into hairbrushes. she's pretty good at imitating other peoples' voices, so she's been known to play a few practical jokes here and there. her first big role was lucy pevensie in the chronicles of narnia, and she's done a few other roles here and there since then.
i'm going to stop there before this turns into a novella! i'm throwing her out there for any lines you can think of. co-stars, friends, a mentor of some sort, i'm game for anything!

hi everyone! this lovely lady here is laine sorbon, a singer/songwriter/guitarist/pianist/many many more with the vocal claim of rilo kiley (jenny lewis) and the face of greta salpeter. she's twenty-three and has been involved with music since she was in middle school. since a young age, she's suffered from primary immunodeficiency; until she was eleven, she had to stay in her house unless she was going to the doctor's office. after her eleventh birthday, she was allowed to life like a normal girl as long as she took her medication every day (which she still does) and stayed careful. but, since she started public school so late, she was branded as the new kid and got no friends. she turned to music to keep her sane and ended up becoming her middle and high school's most musical student. after graduating, she did small shows for a bit until she got discovered by a crappy record label (she ditched them after making one ep). she independently released one album and was found again, and she's stuck with her current record label since 2005. laine isn't a household name, but her newest album (released in april) is the first one that's starting to get her places. personality-wise, she's a lot tougher than she looks; she's loyal to her friends and beliefs and will stuck up for them even if it gets her into trouble. she's so caring that she'll stop whatever she's doing to help someone, but trusting people so easily has gotten her into quite a few scandals. she lives in new york city but has been touring since last winter after she finished making more adventurous.
as for lines, i'd love anything you have to offer! if anyone has a record label that laine could be signed on, that would be awesome. i'm also looking for an ex-boyfriend that she stuck with for a while and a best friend that she met somewhere along the way. other than that, i'm open to just about anything! the sn is lethargic laine if you want to hit me up there, too :) thanks in advance, lovelies!

I probably should have done this before writing her biography and applying her, but better late than never! This is Cecilia Abbott, but she mainly goes by Cici. Her grandmother was a Hollywood legend in her time, which has definitely helped her get her foot in the door; however, she does not buy into all the hype that comes with fame and stardom. She began her career in television and had recently returned to the small screen after a brief hiatus. She is a proud single mother of two year old Lori, and her daughter comes before her career.
She is in desperate need of storylines - friends, costars, rumored relationships, etc. I am open to anything and everything!

good morning! while i sit here watching regis and kelly ( though technically it's emeril and kelly ), i figured i'd throw my kid here out for a few lines. ladies and gents, i give to you ryan gaenor! he's a pretty new face in the business as his credits are few but, bound to grow. you know, the kind of kid they right those 'next-big-thing' articles about. however, he really doesn't see it that way, despite his 'i'm kind of a big deal' jokes. in fact, he loves joking around and anyone he's worked with would know that. he's a practical joker who loves to hang out with his friends and maybe get into a little bit of trouble occasionally. i'm still working on most everything ( including his credits as i just want to add one or two more things ) so, the journal looks pretty empty right now. however, swear on it, i'm working him out.

He's 24 years old and a New York native. His band has released one album and they're getting ready for a new release next month. I'm not too sure what else to say about him! He's a pretty sweet, dorky-funny kind of guy. Born in Colorado Springs, raised in Dallas, Texas. His dad's in the military and got pretty pissed off about his son wanting to be an actor. But Ryan's made it ok, and his dad isn't so bad about it anymore, though he still wishes Ryan had a more secure job with benefits. Ryan, of course, never listens, because his big brother who did listen to dad and joined the army died in Iraq at age 24 just before Christmas.
