I bought two rename tokens for this purge and didn't receive the e-mails. I put in a support ticket through paypal, but other support tickets I've tried in the past have gone unanswered. I don't want to be out ten bucks because I never received the e-mails and yes, I checked my spam folder. How do I have them resent or access those tokens?
