Username Purge (an update)

This is going to take probable 3-4 weeks to get all of the inactive accounts as there are a lot of them and I don't want to kill the servers doing this.

  So basically, come next week your server's are going to be bogged down by all the psychos like me refreshing deleted UNs and waiting for that 'Purged Account' message.
