This is going to take probable 3-4 weeks to get all of the inactive accounts as there are a lot of them and I don't want to kill the servers doing this.

    I don't think you have anything to worry about. If you log into your journal and have at least had SOME kind of usage of it since January 2010, then you're fine. This will mainly affect people who create journals and never use them. Seriously, if you created a journal over 17 months ago and you haven't logged in, haven't updated, haven't done ANYTHING with it, then obviously you don't need it.
