Daily Backups

Starting tonight we are moving the daily backup from 1:30PM (EST) and will instead be starting it at 5:00AM(EST). We have done some statistical analysis and have decided that this is a better time to run this backup. The site will be unavailable for approximately 20 minutes while this daily backup runs.

  Since I noticed other people mentioning it here: my journal (bloggish) is also crapped up for some reason. I tried removing custom CSS completely to see if something there had suddenly changed the way it was working, but straight default bloggish is the same, if not worse.
  
  Mostly I'm just waiting on some kind of news about whether or not that's site-wide or if anyone has any idea what's causing it, etc. I'm not tech-savvy enough to figure out if there's a work-around on my end that I'm overlooking.

    specifically, Bloggish > "Classy" is broken.
    
    I can get some of the other Bloggish styles to work.

      We have been doing some work on bloggish. Basically there was some old code that was referencing LJ that reared its ugly head when they went down. We have been working on getting everything working again.

        Just to add that Style Contest must be referencing LJ as well. I use a couple of the Style Contest themes (inlcuding at this journal) and they're are nicely broken when I'm at work. My work blocks LJ completely but not IJ so it's a nice judge for what does and doesn't reference LJ. :D
