i don't know if this is where i should ask this, but i've recently tried to recover a password from an old journal...i get the confirmation page that it's sending to the email that i'm putting in, but i'm not getting the email. i do the same thing for the lost username part and i get that email right away. is there any reason it would be doing that? and if not, is there any other way to recover my password?
