Welcome

We understand why a lot of you are coming over here, and we do not believe in censorship beyond the letter of the law. We will not remove any content from the site unless we receive an official DMCA take down notice or are contacted by an offical legal agency notifying us of illegal activity.
That said, we welcome all of you and if you have any issues, please feel free to visit our support area.

Re: Thanks!
Oh, and I love your userpic .. heh
I had quite a few of my fandom communities affected by the LJ Strikethrough and 2 of the survivor communities that I frequented. I am deeply troubled and distubed by what happened over there and I am planing the great move-over as I type this.
Thank you for renewing some of my faith in the online journaling system. It is terrifying when you think that something you wrote as fiction or something you might have said to survivors might be the cause of years worth of journaling just vanishing off the face of the internet. Without warning.
My trust in LJ is deeply shattered and I am looking forward to building a solid relationship with your service.
Thank you.
Your statement is very reassuring and contributed greatly to my deciding to create a journal here. Here's to a long and happy association.
(Hmm, 2000 versus 100 icons. I remember partying when I went from 3 to 6. And I do animated icons, so the 100 kb limit is much appreciated. Less color map foolery, ooh.)
Seeing the individual responses here is icing on a very nice cake.
The censorship policy? The ice cream and pre-dessert buffet.
Six Apart finally posted a "clarification" and I'm totally confused by it.

Since they were unable to differentiate a rape survivor from a rapist, I don't want them evaluating anything.
*ggg* No volume discount??? *grin* Just kidding. I'm happy to support your site, and so are my friends.
Well, after the latest round of nonsense from LJ I've been whipping out the link again and reiterating your stance on censorship. Glad to see that I've now got at least 15 of my friends over here. Considering my flist is over a hundred strong at LJ, I'm going to keep spreading the word!
