I know the site went unresponsive for quite some time this evening. I want to address that. There was a weekly backup that usually runs without a problem, but today the site is so busy that it couldn't handle it.
I know we have been having a lot of capacity issues as of late. I am addressing this as quickly as I can. I already have a new server that I am working on setting up. I'm sorry it's taking longer than expected, but please understand that I am not ignoring the situation. In fact I have been working to try to get the database moved over, but just haven't been able to get it done yet. I will get it done this week some time I promise. That is the database maintenance that I was doing earlier this week. I am prepping it to be ready to be moved.
As soon as I get this set up the whole site will run faster than ever. The new server is literally twice as fast, and I am going to keep the old one around too to help ease some of the load off of the new one. The site is going to be blazing real soon. Until then please bear with me.
