No Account Codes Promotion

From 09-07-2003 at 12:00 PM(EDT) until 09-14-2003 at 12:00 PM(EDT) InsaneJournal is disabling the requirement for account codes to sign up a new account. While this promotion is in affect, we are only allowing one account to be created per e-mail address. This is being done to prevent account hoarders from signing up dozens of accounts. The single email restriction will be removed as soon as this promotion is over.
