Anime Icontest

Welcome to AnimeIcontest! An icon contest based on anime and manga. Not everyone who joins should be an icon maker, voters and spectators are very much appreciated here. Every week there will be a different theme in which the icon makers base their icons from. Polls and voting will be set up and a winner will be chosen and said winner will recieve an award.

Rules

{1} only one icon may be submitted per theme and must relate to said theme.
{2} do not bribe people to vote for your icon. it is to be kept quite until after voting and a winner has been chosen.
{3} icon must be made for the current theme. previously made icons will not be accepted. and do not rip off icons you did not make!
{4} do not flame icons! no ifs, ands, or buts about it.

Submitting

{1} the maximum size for an icon must 100 x 100 px.
{2} the icon's format should be in either .gif, .jpeg, or .png I highly suggest using the .png format
{3} upload icons to any free-image hosting website - such as tinypic.com, photobucket.com, and imageshack.com - whereas it may be hotlinked into the poll.
{4} new themes/contests will be up on Saturday and will end on Sunday. dates will always posted with the submission posts.

Voting

{1} voting will be held off until a reasonable amount of icons were submitted for the week.
{2} voting will be done by commenting on the voting post. all comments will be screened.
{3} voting will begin on Sunday and last until Thursday.
