Spencer would have whimpered had the stare that Professor Carrow gave her been in a different setting. Here, it was...intimidating, to say the least. She still felt like she was some sort of prey.
Looking to her lap as her professor all but mocked her, Spencer fidgeted slightly with her hands before gathering herself again. "I can argue for the merits of both sides." she confessed softly.
"It's not my best work." Spencer said, honestly. She usually didn't spend too long of a time on her Muggle Studies work, as she really knew most of it from her mother and her time spent wandering about the muggle town near where she lived in Ottery St. Catchpole. Spencer fought not to shudder at Professor Carrow's cold gaze. "I'm more sufficient at subjects like transfigurations and DADA."
