Summary: January comes over to James' flat instead of going to the dance.

Dressed in a tight white t-shirt and black jeans, James walked through his flat making sure everything was in order and clean.  The party that James had got sort of out of hand, and James nearly got evicted for his troubles but the manager of the complex gave him one more chance.  James invited January over since she wasn't going to the dance, for some apparent reason.  He wasn't sure why but he felt opportunistic and asked January if she wanted to come over.  James ran a few more checks, getting rid of any evidence of anything that might screw with James' night.  He then plopped himself on his black leather couch and turned on the TV and waited for January...

Summary: James and January are going out on a date...

It was nighttime and today was the day that James had to take January out. He told her to meet him at his flat, and then they would probably just wing it from there. James hoped he had enough money on his debit card, James never really had money on hand, for fear that he might lose it. This all begun when Molly made a bet with him, challenging him to stay with one girl for two months, and that girl had to be January. James had no problem with it, he was fully capable of staying with one girl for two months and it was not as if January was ugly, she was rather easy on the eyes. James was actually in the middle of getting ready, having just stepped out of the shower. He took his blue towel and wrapped around his waist. He then began lying his clothes out on his bed, picking what to wear. He had hoped that January hadn't forgotten....

The sun beat down on the streets of London as many cars lined up at the red traffic light, anxiously waiting for the green light to shine down upon them so that they can be let go to go about their daily routines, drive into the distance and into their daily work.  If you were to look out to the rows of cars that lined up before the red light, there would only one that really stuck out your eye. It was not because it was an exotic car or because it looked new, in fact it was quite the opposite. This car was so old that it was considered vintage, and that car became very rare. But for the young man who drove it, a vintage 2009 black Chevy Camaro Concept was just fine for him. James Potter never really rode a broomstick unless it was for Quidditch or for some other serious matter concerning magic, Hogwarts, or his crusty gay little brother.  His friends have always told him to get a new car, but James never paid them any mind.  Today, he had a little mission. He wanted to get it out of the way, before his date with January. He missed Celeste's birthday party which was beyond his understanding as to how he could have missed it, so he got her a little something. It was a golden charm bracelet with a mini golden snitch, a mini quaffle, and a mini broomstick hanging from it, hidden in a palm-sized black box. She wanted something Qudditch-related and James knew that he was not about to buy a new broom for her, besides she probably had a better broom than James could afford anyway. After a few minutes, he had finally arrived at Celeste's house. He turned off his trusty car and got out and grabbed the gift.  He picked the wrong day to wear what he was wearing that day. He knew then that a thin black coat, white shirt, and black jeans and black shoes were the wrong thing to wear at this time of day. However, he persevered and walked straight up to her doorstep. He exhaled and with the gift in hand, he gave three firm knocks to her door. He stood and waited for the door to open...

Summary: A group of studenst sneak out of Hogwarts to attend Aberforth's birthday party in the Hogshead.

With the sky already turning a deep, dark colour, Albus walked the path to Hogsmeade alone, his green eyes bright and scanning the surrounding area with a usual parinoia that was so characteristic of him. 

It wasn't as if he'd never snuck out before, but often it was just to be alone, as one could get tired of the bustle in Hogwarts. The fall weather was pleasant, mostly, and early in the year, he'd just walk ahead, untill he was sick or parinoia snuck up on him. 

He was looking forward to attending a party with his friends, seeing most of his family. There was also somesort of thrill that came from sneaking out at night, breaking the rules. He was never really a stickler, and enjoyed living outside set boundaries. It was almost freeing, in a way, but he wouldn't make a habit of it. He was less interested in being a rebel than the stereotypical teenager. That was freeing as well.

Albus slipped his hands into his pockets as he waited for the others to show up. He looked up at the sky. By the time they got back to Hogwarts, it would already be dark, he thought absently. His mind wander aimlessly, until he focused it on why he'd come out in the first place. To tell the truth, he was actually looking forward to it. The company was good (Louis was hilarious, Rose and January was witty as anything), and Aberforth was a good man who should be celebrated. Hopefully, the others would show soon so they could all get going.
