I've heard about this game from Nikki, and I finally got my app in here and I'm so excited to be playing with all of you! A little about my Daphne: she's a nut, and I love her dearly. She's got one hell of a personality, probably not for the better. But you can't help but love her and her evil little a**... A little about me, the mun: I'm usually pretty easy to get to know. I love to laugh, I love being sarcastic, and I love meeting new people and coming up with wild and crazy plots for my girl Daphne. As far as I understand from Nikki, Daphne has been played before. [07 Oct 2008|04:45pm] afm_molly Hi everyone. I appologize mainly to the players of the Weasley family for this, but I've decided to leave AFM. While I've enjoyed my time here, the game lately just seems too unbelieveable and out of control. The latest incidents with the blowing up of the places in France and now an entire country just handing over control of their citizens is just way too far fetched and unlikely. Tonks-mun, sorry we never got to finish up our thread. I had fun, but I think I'd be better off finding a new place to play Molly where the game at least tries to be grounded in some reality and isn't so heavily godmodded. [30 Sep 2008|12:48am] afm_molly As much as Molly has a soft spot for her family (minus Percy), the Burrow is NOT a hotel. I know I'm not extrmely active, but I'd appreciate it if charcters would ask before declaring they're staying at the Burrow. The Bill-mun and Ginny-mun both asked, so they're staying with Molly and Arthur. But that's it. If Ron wants to stay at the Burrow, he's got some explaining to do to his mother. [14 Sep 2008|11:54pm] afm_bella Alright guys, so as of Friday, September 19, feel free to start rescuing people, as we can count that big plot point done. Which leads me into our next point. Granted its not going to happen for a month to give everyone time to settle down before more drama but I want to flesh everything out and make sure its all good and what not. While they were the Muggles, the five captives (Rod, Aurora, Mandy, Gabbi, and Oliver) were dosed up with an illness the Muggles created. The Illness will start off as nothing more than the flu but as it progresses symptoms will get much worse, until those infected have their magic start turning on them. Instead of helping them like it does now, it will be a hindrance, and something that will try to destroy them. Symptoms are as follows: Fever Vomiting Chills Hallucinations Inability to hold down food Severe pain with the casting of any spell (as the sickness progresses this will develop. They will be fine as first, but after three weeks of being sick their magic will start to turn on them and any performance of a spell will cause them pain until it gets to the point that they can no longer handle it any more and have to stop using magic) Delusions Comas (for some. If you want your kidlet to be one of these let me know. I am limiting this number to FIVE And in some cases death. Those five who are held currently, will be immune to the sickness. They are carriers for it and nothing more. But anyone they come in contact with can get it. And so on and so forth. So for example. Bella touches Rod and then turns around and hugs Cissa. Cissa would now have the disease and anyone she touches would get it. Its a chain reaction. Now, there will be a few spots open for those immune. I have an automatic list at the moment, in addition to the five carriers. And it is as follows: Immune: Rodolphus* Aurora* Gabrielle* Mandy* Oliver* *=Carriers In addition to those five I have the following as well: Millicent Walden Andromeda - Healer Tonks - Pregnant Teddy - Child Nick - Aurora Severus - Will be heading up the research for a cure. Justin*- Vampire. Bill Draco Amycus The following have been confirmed as they will definitely be sick: Bella Rabastan Cissa Ginny Hermione Emmeline Remus Harry Padma Charlie Alecto The Following have been confirmed as they will die from this: Ginny As well as several other characters not currently in play in the game. The following have been confirmed that the sickness will place them in a coma: Bella I WILL BE ALLOWING FIVE MORE PEOPLE TO BE IMMUNE * FIVE FOUR THREE TWO MORE WILL STILL BE ACCEPTED. Seeing as how Justin is technically dead and can not get sick. After that your kidlet will go on the confirmed sickness list, unless you arrange something with me privately or have a good reason as to why they should not get sick. If your kidlet wishes to make an entry or converse with the outside world feel free to have them do so. They will still be held for a month, but they are free to communicate with the rest of the world from this point on. A few quick notes regarding the upcoming plot. [17 Aug 2008|07:47pm] afm_bella Alright guys the time is fast approaching for the destroying of the Ministry and the kidnapping of our kidlets. In a few short hours the thread will go up and then the chaos can begin. A few things everyone should keep in mind: 1. The kidnapping thread will last from Monday August 18 through Saturday August 23. I ask that during that time no other journal entries or threads be made so that we may have adequate time to get everything in and done. I want to focus solely on the destruction of the Ministry and the kidnappings for the next week. If the thread finishes up early we may change this, but for now a week will be the time limit. 2. All kidlets are allowed at the ball. If your kidlet is an Order member or one on the run they will need to wear a glamour to make it into the ball. 3. The following kidlets will be kidnapped. If I missed you, or over looked you please let me know. Or, if you have a Muggleborn and wish for them to be kidnapped, let me know and I'll add them to the list: Rodolphus Lestrange Aurora Sinistra Gabrielle Delacour Oliver Wood Mandy Brockelhurst 4. Kidnappee Muns: Your characters will be held for two weeks before being allowed to make contact with the wizarding world via their journals. They can make contact with the wizarding world once more again on September 7th. 5. Rodolphus, Aurora, and Gabrielle will be held together in one facility. Oliver and Mandy together in another and should we acquire Muggleborns they will be held together in a third. And yes they will be in the same room so feel free to have them interact with each other. Also feel free to write any narratives you see fit. Nikki and I both control Muggle soldiers so if you wish to do a torture session let us know and we'll get one set up for you. Mod Made An Error [15 Aug 2008|10:13pm] afm_bella To anyone who has been paying attention or who noted the date: I MADE A TYPO! In the last Prophet it was stated that the Ministry Ball (which will start the next round of muggle madness) was to take place on the 11th. That was a Typo on my part. I really should not have made that up while looking at my trip for Chicago. The actual date for the ball and the thread will be MONDAY AUGUST 18th. I saw there were some problems with Molly and Arthur in the past with other characters in the Order, but the Mods said it would be okay if I didn't carry those out.
