Dec23, Harry Potter, Harry/Severus, Tropical Christmas No. 1 & 2
Title: Tropical Christmas No.1
Fandom: Harry Potter
Pairing: Harry/Severus
Rating: G-ish

A/N: Sequel to Christmas Crackers No. 1 & 2 Companion to Tropical Christmas No.2

Harry hummed as he tidied up his house. There wasn't really that much to do since nervousness had sent him into cleaning-sprees every other day, but Harry still wiped and dusted everything in sight.

For a moment he paused and looked around. House clean and Christmassy, Pudding waiting to be eaten, the Yule Log Cake was baking slowly in the oven and it was snowing.

Snow. How someone would want to have a tropical Christmas Harry would probably never understand. Neville and Draco had decided this year to celebrate at some island, but Harry knew he needed snow during Christmas.

Sometimes, when Severus came home with soggy shoes and snow everywhere, he wished he had gone to a tropical island during Christmas. He even would have managed to avoid the fact that it was that time of the year again. -- If he had went to another island than Draco and Longbottom that was.

But if he had left the country he wouldn't be able to celebrate Christmas with Potter the next day. Severus had to admit that it would have been a pity.

He would continue putting up with snow-soggy shoes if he got Christmas with Potter in turn.

Ooh, it's almost Christmas ... can't wait for the next instalment (and since I'm catching up, I don't have to wait, do I?)

Thanks! You had to wait a bit, I'm afraid, but now I've (finally) posted it. :P
