    Hey there! I'm katie, used to be [info]bracelett I moved to [info]gaymers for a fresh start and a new return cause I miss some of the friends I had on here cause they seem more real than LJ friends.

    I am fairly interesting. I love music, films, graphics. Music; Avril Lavigne, Fall Out Boy, Ayumi Hamasaki, Pixie Lott, The Prodigy, Lady GaGa, Britney Spears, Muse etc. Films; Kung-fu Panda, The grudge, Sex and The City, Hancock, Drop Dead Fred etc.

    I have a much better intorduction at my journal [which is frinds only] but add me if you like! I update a lot and comment when I think it's either nessasary or I have something to say. :D

    Also, I may be English born and raised but my english grammer sucks! XD

    Well, I'm Jess as stated. I like to read, write, make web graphics. I also love, love to role-play be it original role plays or fandom RPGS. I don't dig celebrity RPGs, that's just weird :\ Anyway, I like Degrassi:TNG, Trueblood, That 70's Show, What I like about You, Xena: Warrior Princess, Charmed, The Tudors. I love to read. I've been reading the Phillipa Gregory novels and discovered a new love for the Tudor era. I'm also a fan of Stephen King books, VC Andrews (Yes...I still read them....) and Judy Blume's adult novels. Have you read Summer Sisters? Seriously, go read that now.

    I'm also moody and there's days when I won't feel like talking to anyone...but don't worry I won't be on messenger to infect you all with my bad moods. I live at home, so that's accountable for the mood swings. I"m currently dieting and trying to loose weight. I think I'm just now becoming successful, though I need to kick it up a notch.

    I think Cassie Steele is beautiful and she's my favorite from Degrassi. I have a fan site for her and you'll hear me fan girl about her music. I'm a big fan...just a warning. I'm also into the Scene look and would really like to attempt to do a look like that without coming off as a poser or being ridiculous. I haven't yet but it's tempting.

    I don't like:

    Liars, two faced bitches, people who IM me and then don't keep the conversation going, people who IM me just to bitch about their communities dying or something else that I'm not interested in, slutty girls who have to sleep with everyone, drama whores (I just like it on television, thanks) Megan from Vh1, the dark, spiders, insects, cold weather/snow, immature idiots.

    One odd thing about you: You mean I have to pick one?! I have 7 Beatles pictures in my room. Looks kinda obsessive...haha! No seriously, I have pictures on this shelf and my friends tell me that when they come into my room they think they're going to look at family pictures. But nope, it's just pictures of Paul, John, George, and Ringo.
    Coolest thing to ever happen to you: I went to the bank yesterday and they said I was pre-approved for a credit card. Of course I didn't take it because I'd get myself in deep shit. :-P But yeah, I thought that was pretty cool.
    Anything you want to add? I've been at GreatestJournal for a long time. After it died I went to LiveJournal and I got disinterested and never used it anymore. Just looking for a place to write/vent and meet interesting people. I really want to start writing online again. I find LiveJournal BORING!

    Favorite Book(s): Too many, but Im a big Stephen King fan, currently reading Tommyknockers. Salem's Lot and The Green Mile are two of my favs. 30 Days of Night. Anything vampire related, yep that includes Twilight. Anything Nicholas Sparks as well, when Im feeling a sappy romance novel.. which happens a lot :]

    Anything you want to add? I used to be on GreatestJournal obsessively. I had my own graphics community and was into making icons and layouts especially. Not much anymore, though I miss it :[ Im just trying to get back into the journaling scene again.. it was always helpful :] Im a Christian. I play bass guitar. Im 20 weeks pregnant and giving the baby up for open adoption.. if you don't like, don't add me.. its a big topic of discussion, I go through a lot of ups and downs. Im starting school on the 24th to be an RN, this is my roundabout way of being able to reach my dream of music production. As a career or just on the side as a hobby, couldn't care less as long as its a part of my life. I'd rather be in Winter Park, FL going to Full Sail University- hehe, but financially that's impossible. I curse like a fucking sailor. I've got a lot of opinions that I don't sugarcoat or hesitate to share. Some may offend. None the less Im still very open minded and love meeting new people so add me :]

    Those are the basics, I write about some different things in my journal.     hey i'm rachel. i'm 19 years *young* and am totally dreading turning the big 2-0 this december. i live in michigan. how is it? if you don't mind the weather changing from rain to snow to sunshine to a tornado in a matter of minutes then you'd love it but as for myself, i plan on moving away when i "grow up." i'm very much into girly things like shopping, cute boys, texting, etc but i wouldn't say no to courtside seats at a pistons game. i try to fake a happy face all the time (or at least on the internet~) but i'm actually on medication for depression... it seems to be working sort of. it's summer which means it's time to have fun and that's what i've been trying to do! i rarely update about anything sad/bad...i guess i want to forget about it all. ok this turned too serious so i think it's time to say peace out and hopefully ttyl if you want to be friends. if not, ttyn. ;)

    I recently decided to start using IJ again and I'm looking for friendly, active, and most importantly DRAMA FREE friends! I'm very outgoing, open minded, and non-judgemental. I blog often and love to read entries and comment, and I would prefer to add people who enjoy doing the same thing.

    Now a little about me:

    I'm in my early twenties, and I live, work, and go to school in Toronto, Ontario. My life revolves around school, work, and my art. I'm an amateur nature and landscape photographer. I also paint, draw, write, read, alter clothing and make jewelry, style hair, etc... Also, I love cats, cigarettes, tea, dresses, shoes, purses, leopard print, and polka dots.

    I'm interested in a variety of things including philosophy, buddhism, yoga and meditation, feminism, politics, religion and spirituality, history, travel, cooking, animals, nature, etc... I love to try new things, and I'll try ANYTHING once.

    As far as my taste in music/movies goes:

    Music: Anything gothic, brit pop, classic rock, 80's, punk, post punk, etc... For example, I love Nick Cave, Morrissey, Joy Division, Ladytron, Patti Smith, PJ Harvey, etc...

    Movies: Anything horror, preferrably classic horror/black and white/silent films. I love anything Vincent Price and most of George A. Romero's movies, not counting Diary of the Dead because that was just awful. I was a fan of zombies before it was cool.

    I post a lot of my photography, and a lot of photos of myself because I am vain. I'm not an alcoholic or a drug addict but I do enjoy the occasional beer or smoke. ;) Add me even if we have nothing in common!

    I love Degrassi: TNG, Jake Epstein and Cassie Steele. I love to write fan fiction, I love The Lost Boys, The Labyrinth, role-playing games, alcohol, parties, shiny things and white chocolate. I'm also addicted to pizza. I can eat it every day I reckon.

    I try to update at least once a week although it doesn't work out sometimes. While there may be times that I do not comment, I do read all of my friend's entries. I swear in my journal and somewhere in there I probably talk about pot (though I try not to since others don't enjoy that) too. I like to think I have varied tastes in music, although I cannot bring myself to tolerate Gospel and Country. I love to read, draw (not very good, but oh well =p), write, take pictures (seems like everyone and their grandma is into photography now), play video games, etc etc.
