Charles walked around the city when he found himself that he wasn't home, He had a twin sister out there and he was going to find her but he had to explore the city get his barrings together. There were so many other creatures here in the city others like him than others not. He moved along the crowded streets his senses expanded looking for anything and everything.

She was in a hurry. While it would be a great night to go for a run or a hunt, she had too much to do. She had just finished work and had to run to the grocers to get a few things for home. As a treat to herself she was going to pick up a bottle of Chardonnay and take it easy tonight. Put her feet up, watch some sappy romantic comedy, something like that. Maybe some really butter popcorn after a nice meal of rare steak and a few veggies. She honestly did love her veggies.

She was just hustling through the groups of people when she felt it. Damn, another shifter. Just what she needed.

	He was moving through the crowed trying to track the familiar scent of whoever it was that was there. He moved carefully before finding his target. It was her...her? It was advancing and the fact that a shifter was coming for her was not a good sign so she sped up. Not that it mattered. Like her, this one could move quite quickly and easily through the crowds. She could have tried to shake him off as soon as he grabbed her but that would have just drawn more attention. Instead she let a small growl reverberate through her throat before looking up at him.

It stopped in her throat and she blinked at him. His grip tightened and she winced. "There is nothing wrong with my scent. You're hurting me, let go."

The name made her flinch. Charles. It twisted at her heart and made her hate him for the use of it. She spoke through clenched teeth. "You, you do not get to call me that. Not ever. My brother is dead and you're cruel to do this.". The tears were threatening so she slid back away from him and to try and hurry her way through the crowd and back to her small apartment. The rest of her night forgotten.

	What the fuck was going on! He made his way to fallow her, In there wolf forms they would have been able to tell who's who...but he needed to get to her to get to his sister. 	She slipped this way and that through the people and took a corner. Pressing her back against the wall her hand came up to cover her mouth and close her eyes. She could feel the tears burning. He stood just above her not sure as to what to do now. He wanted to hold her to keep her. Why was she so against him being what he was. She was his sister they where twins they shared a womb and now she seemed repulsed by him. "....Sis...Look It's me charles..." He bit his wrist drawing blood it was just them in the alley. "Look see I'm telling the truth" he knew she could see his past if she took a drop of is blood.

	Miranda sucked in a shaky breath and held it. He was right there. It looked so much like him, from before. It smelled like him but, she knew it couldn't be. The scent of blood was so strong that her eyes went amber and she quickly closed them. Her voice was soft but like being pulled over gravel. "Why are you doing this? I saw, saw you die." 	He didn't want to do this bu he was going to have to snap her out of it. Putting the blood in her mouth. Just a drop of it. It would jog her memory and show her his memories. Opening the drawer under the cupboard she grabbed a few potatoes to wash up and stick in the oven as well. "Oh yeah,t here are hunters. Not hard to stay out of their way though."

As she began scrubbing the potatoes she stiffened slightly. "No, I really don't. You aren't dead, you are here. So either it was a mistake or, well, we are both dead. In which case death, not so bad."
