Changes:
1. We have decided to up the lyrical claims to a max of two per person
2.There is a character limit of 6
3. Pregnancies/Adoptions any baby lines, please run them by us first. One baby per writer at a time, no more then 2 per month. We do reserve the right to freeze and or cap them should we get overrun.
4. We will be cutting down on the number of awards by a 1/3, Grammys, Oscars, Mtv Movie Awards, Mtv Music Awards, People top 50, and the All Around MGM awards. There will be no change to how we vote for the awards. Grammys and Oscars will stay mod choice, the Mtv awards will be chosen by everyone, etc. It is possible we will add more awards in the future, but for now we are going to start small.
How the opening of credits/pbs/claims will work:
Next week we will post a schedule of when things will open up, giving you specific days of when things will open up. They will go in this order:
1. PBs and Claims/discographies will open first. Anything held by a former WBer that has not come over will be up for grabs. This, as with everything will be on a first come first serve basis
2. The rest of the week, one by one, we will open up the different years and genres up. This will only be to claim parts that are currently open. You can claim up to 2 per post that opens. This is just to be fair to everyone, so everyone has a shot at getting something in each year. After the first week this cap will go away.
3. The next week we will open it up for people to start swapping out movies that have no one in them (if any exist at the time). Again, there will be a cap on this for the first week, one swap per player per year.
Retired Characters:
Bevin will stay retired because of the characters very recent death that is affecting many of the characters. However we will be opening the credits and PBs for Cassie Gagne and Bree Sparks.
Applications for new characters:
The first round of adds will only be for WB characters who were currently in game when WB closed. This is mainly for fairness to current characters and to give us a little bit of a break when putting together credits. After the first round of adds, we will start accepting new characters.
We are still getting stuff together, but please feel free to post for lines in ![[info]](http://www.insanejournal.com/img/community.gif) thecastingcouch, add comments for the top fifty here, post a first entry and don't forget to join all the comms! Again, thank you for your patience as we get everything together guys!

Hey chickadees! Ok so obviously we never got to see the top 50 before WB closed, but we are going to bring it over here. We have the final list but we want more quotes. Below is the alphabetical list, the post is screened, please comment with quotes. Obviously there are characters on the list that may or may not be making the move, we have decided not to remove them as a last hug to WB.
If you already left quotes in WB, you do not need to resubmit them, we have those.

Hey guys! So let me say first and foremost WELCOME. Secondly GROUP FUCKING HUG. Seriously, it is a real testament to our love of each other, these characters and WB that we’ve rallied so quickly. Thank you to everyone for their offer of help and support and for getting the word out. We’ve been working round the clock and it’s pretty much everyone’s combined excitement that has kept us going. As you can tell already there are some changes, character limit, etc. For the most part things will stay the same. You will still see some changes,for the better,but we are still trying to figure everything out, what worked, what didn’t, etc. There will be a post dedicated to the changes after we’ve gone through everything. We are still trying to get everything up and running so please bear with us. Right now we are looking at opening up freed claims and credits in about a week. I know a week sounds way too long, but we want to give everyone a chance to come over.
In the meantime, we will try and keep you updated on everything, so check here every so often, we’ll have questions and changes that we will be updating you on. If you have questions, hit me on balladofcameron. I know this is all very sudden and crazy and we’re still all trying to get over the OMG ITS GONE, BUT WAIT NEW YAY. It’s a lot to take in and there are going to be a lot of questions, so please feel free to ask anything.
On a more serious note...I am going to take a moment to address the rumors and whatever OOC drama happened. I don’t know everything, I know rumors have been going around, but there’s only one person who knows everything about why WB closed. People can and will speculate, but at the end of the day, that’s all it is. Honestly, let’s leave that behind us. Think of this as a clean slate for everyone. We’re here to have fun. Obviously we all love each other, and our characters and sometimes emotions can run high. But we are all adults and need to handle ourselves like adults. If you have a problem, question, concern please come to us. If you don’t like our solution or idea, then I’m sorry, but sometimes that will happen. Temper tantrums, spreading rumors, etc will not be tolerated, I modded an HP game and trust me, I know drama, crazy and rumors and it will be nipped in the bud. Ok, putting the modstick away now and hugging you all again because I can.
Seriously guys, you have all been awesome and we can’t wait to get this up and running again. In the meantime, take this time to reboot your characters if you want, change back stories, spam the shit out of each other. Also please head over here and fill out the app. Obviously you are all accepted but for our reference and in case there are new sns and/or journal names, please fill out a new one. As soon as that is done, you can post to thecastingcouch with any revamps, line requests, etc or to abackstagepassfor anything ooc. After you have done all that please make a post in your characters journal so that everyone starts fresh!
