Who: Yukiko and Xavier When:Sunday, Spring, 1,185 AP Where: NYC, Xavier's What: Bringing in the new team member of Xavier's
Yukiko had been driven in an armor vehicle to the airstrip, even though it had been broad daylight it was a precaution that most would be transported anywhere that wasn't infected by such a way. She watched as Muir Island facility started to fade away, and then turned face forward to her unknown future. Would she get along well with all the new people she was going to? It wasn't that she didn't know them, she knew all of them when they ended up at Muir Island for whatever reason for a time or two, but she never was around them enough to get real close. She sighed, as the low laying clouds and light mist hit the windshield she was staring out of.
It was early morning, and she was flying to the United States, to New York to join the team at the Xavier's Institute. She wondered briefly if she would have much to do with Logan. She had seen him a few times in Muir Island at times, and he intrigued her, and her dragon form Yukiryo always seemed to become more active within her when he was around. It was a crush that she mildly had on the man, and never admitted to, to anyone, let alone herself if she could help it. However, Yukiryo whispered, whispered of something more primal beneath the exterior something that called to her, and she wanted. Yuki never understood what her dragon form spoke of, but she supposed she would be around him much more to maybe figure it out?
She stepped out of the vehicle and headed to the private jet that waited on the airstrip for her to take her to her final destination New York City. She stepped into the jet and sat in the executive looking lounge chair. It was so different then what she had flown out in from Japan many years ago to Muir Island. She had been in a commercial plane, in economy class. She had been offered to go first class, but had turned it down. Now she was in a private Jet, with bar, sleeping area, and her own personal stewardess. She couldn't believe it.
They took off, and she was served a light breakfast, she slept a bit, and then she arrived at 11:40 am in New York on the same day, even though she had slept through most the day in Ireland and now it was Saturday again. Talk about rewind, she put on her sunglasses, got out of the plane, and walked toward the man in the wheelchair that waited for her. Her new employer still looked debonair, regal, and sophisticated. He rolled slowly toward his new team member at the institute. "Good Morning, Miss Anzo. I do hope that your trip over was good." He smiled up at her. Yukiko smiled back, and bowed politely. She had lost a lot of her strict upbringing of Japanese culture, but there was still somethings she never would let go of.
They stepped into the waiting helicopter, and Xavier and her spoke the whole flight. Yukiko found him easy to talk to, and they had decided that Yukiko as her dragon form would go out with Wolverine if needed for any rescue missions of humans or mutant from the infected. They landed on the heli-pad, and she and he stepped and or rolled out. She was at her new place, shown her room, and settled in. Most her other stuff would be coming in all long as it was shipped over. She only brought her clothes and a few little personal things she couldn't live without being with her right away.
