One thing about Hogwarts that never disappointed Robbie was the meals. It was such an exciting time. Everyone being done with classes for the day and piling into the Great Hall to relax and share a few laughs with their house over some good food. The cooking was excellent most of the time (sure, there were things he didn't like, but he just stayed away from those) and often it competed with his mother. If she knew that, she might be insulted. Feeling quite full and ready to hunker down in a cozy chair by the fire in the Ravenclaw common room, Robert started the walk back to the tower. Usually he would be walking with someone, but apparently he had stayed at dinner a bit longer than most of his friends. He couldn't help it, after all, he was a growing boy who needed to intake as much nutrients as possible! As he climbed the staircase with the trick step halfway up, he looked out the windows as he passed them by. It would be cold soon and he made a mental note to enjoy the outdoors as much as possible in the next month. Fall was his favourite season at Hogwarts. The air felt nice and seeing all the trees change colour within a few days was, for the lack of a better term, magical. He had never had a problem noticing the beauty in simple things and how nature could be even more magical than actual magic. He had just come upon a landing when he heard someone say his name from behind and Robbie whipped around to see who it was. |
