The year was 2007. Lancaster College, a private school for A-Level students in Oxford, began having a problem with their students. Many were failing their exams, deciding they didn't have the time or motivation to focus on their courses and studies. Parties began happening every night, teachers lost control, and the students began cutting, being disrespectful, and violent. The needle that broke the camel's back, however, was the library fire. It's still debated whether it was an act of violence, or if someone just left a cigarette burning, because practically everything in it was destroyed, but something had to be done, but what?
It was the Headmaster who decided that it might be best for everyone if the students began boarding at school. It would give the professors a better idea what the students were like, allowing them to focus and improve on their classroom tactics. If they were able to approach the subjects in a way that the students could grasp, then the students would surely benefit.
So, the school was closed down that December, and the Headmaster called in construction crews to build another building- a four story dorm. After several months, Mullen Hall, Lancaster College's newest addition, was ready for use. A few students weren't exactly happy with the idea of a sixth form boarding school. To them, it severly limited freedom. But to most, it gave a good idea what University would be like. So a handful of teens signed up.
It is now 2008 and the new school year is just beginning. Will the Headmaster's idea prove successful? Will the students finally buckle down and learn or will they continue to fail their A-levels? | | 3:51p |

Over the millennia, the followers and accounts of the gods of old have all but disappeared. That is until modern times where technology and a renewed interest in history have spread their stories around the globe. Still, they are passed off as myths, things of legend. Certainly, their worshipers are few and far between. In an act of desperation, the deities left their homelands to attend to the emigrants from their countries to America. Much like their people, they too wished to better their now seemingly nonexistant lives.
With the lack of power gained through worship, many of the gods who were less powerful to begin with have already disappeared into oblivion. Even those who were most powerful and most worshiped in their prime, find that their abilities are starting to wane at a rapid pace. Almost all, enemies or not, agreed that something had to be done before it was too late.
From this, it came to be that two of the mightiest gods, Zeus and Odin who were such bitter rivals in bygone times, joined forces as a sign of good will in an attempt to save all of the gods that remained. After all, gods are of the realm of magic and live in symbiotic relationship with it. If too many gods are destroyed, then their realm will crumble and every last one of the gods will die, followers or not. Wanna (read more?)

We're aware that there are other pantheon games out for you to choose from. Keep in mind, we offer stimulating roleplay, and a great experience. Friendly players, and helpful mods. We also have a lot of plot twists planned, to keep our players busy. Please don't pass us up, just because we're another deity game! Like mentioned previously, still a lot of really great characters open. Oh, and the links are fixed. Sorry about that.

You could run from someone you feared, you could try
to fight someone you hated. All my reactions were geared
toward those kinds of killers – the monsters, the enemies.
When you love the one who was killing you, it left
you no options. How could you run, how could you fight,
when doing so would hurt that beloved one? If your life
was all you had to give your beloved, how could you not
give it?

a fairytale roleplay
Regaling is a cursed kingdom. Inside, there are castles towering to the sky, enchanted forests, and a host of magical creatures, but despite all of that, the kingdom is still cursed. Not just the kingdom as a whole; every single inhabitant of Regaling is born with their own curse. Some are meant to be broken, others will remain unbreakable.
Regaling is one giant fairy tale. Your character will be the hero of their story, a victim in another, a love interest in the next, and maybe a villain in all the rest.
Regaling is an AU multifandom animanga, book/movie, and video game role-play with a heavy importance on character development and humor with hi-jinks!!1! versus a complicated plot. The game is set up in a loose way in the hopes that characters will be able to make the game develop without having very much set in stone. It is designed in the form of a kingdom of fairy tales, with each character assuming a role in their own story and inevitably affecting the other stories around them. The Kingdom of Regaling itself is under a curse that includes curse days, during which the majority of Regaling's inhabitants will suffer from the same basic curse. It could, for example, be a day when everyone switches curses, or maybe forgets about the person they hold the most important to them. However, on the normal days (and I'm using "normal" lightly here~) each character must live with their own curse. As part of Regaling's curse, each person who enters the Kingdom of Regaling, be it by birth or travel, will have a curse placed upon them. The curse is theirs alone and, if they are lucky enough, they will find a way to break it...
