RULES: 1. No ooc drama. If we get wind of it, you will get one warning and then you will be booted. This does not mean don’t have IC drama, this we expect. 2. No m-preg allowed. Pregnancy requires mod-approval. All pregnancies will be played out over a 3 month period, one month per trimester. Abortions are allowed, again with mod approval before you post the pregnancy. Your character may apply with a child already living with them as long as an age and small background is provided and you write about them in at least one of your two monthly updates. 3. All charas must be actual people. No manga, comic book, or drawings accepted. 4. You must update at least once every two weeks, the only exception is if you are on mod-approved hiatus. Polls, videos, graphics are not accepted as updates if that is your only post in a two week period. You must also be active in threads, at least two a month. Threads are posted to the community while updates/journal entries are posted to your IJ. 5. All threads, even if played in aim, must be posted as followed: Who: When: Where: Rating: (PG-NC17) Status: (In Progress or Complete) and then put under a cut. They must alos be tagged with chara names, floor, apartment, and rating. 6. All ages/races/orientations welcome! Yuri/Yaoi accepted , but only a limited few are allowed until we have enough straight charas. Have to keep it balanced. :) 7. All charas must have aim and you must be active on it also. 8. Rape is allowed as a story line, but not everyone is going to rape/be raped. Keep it realistic. 9. No murder/suicide. AND NO GODMODDING!!!! 10. All charas must be at least 18. I mean, they ARE living on their own. 11. All charas must have some form of income, since they are paying rent. They can be a lawyer, stripper, drug dealer, whatever as long as they get paid. NOTE: We will accept one HUD voucher per three floors. 12. Once a month, there will be a community wide thread. It would be nice for your chara to make an appearence. It is not required as of yet, but if there is not enough participation, they might be made mandatory. 13. If you are accepted, please join the Rp comm, OOC comm, and Gossip comm, do not just friend them all. You will have 48 hours (2 days) from acceptance to post your intro. Holds on PB's last for 48 hours. If you read the rules, type the words blood lust in the subject line of your application. For the gossip community, you may make your own graphics and submit them to a mod via aim or email, or you may just post a sentence of what you want said and we will make the graphic for you. No OOC drama in the gossip posts either.
