Table #1 :: Prompts #7 and #4 :: Ronon/Rodney :: 6/50
Fandom: Stargate Atlantis
Title: Just A Little Sad
Rating: G – not a swear in sight.
Pairing: Ronon Dex/Rodney McKay
Warnings: None. Squick-free!
Spoilers: None. We all know Rodney by now.
Disclaimer: Do not own. There, I finally admitted it.
Word Count: 100
Prompt: Table 1 :: #7 – Babble
Mini Note: I original wrote this for the nonexistent prompt of “Wind.” When I looked back over it, I found that fit for “Babble” as well.
Everyone thought they were so clever when they said Rodney was ‘full of wind’. Good, old Wind Bag Rodney. He would always be there blathering on about something no one cared to hear. Touting his accomplishments and passing his failures on to Zelenka.
What no one stopped to realize was that Rodney knew every word of their scathing commentary. It only served to feed his tangents and his famed belittling digs.
Ronon would parrot Teyla’s encouragement for him to ignore the remarks. But even as Rodney curled around Ronon at night, he found he simply couldn’t forget a single word.

Title: Adventures from The Water Wars
Rating: Barely PG
Pairing: Ronon Dex/Rodney McKay
Warnings: Uhrm, illusions to naked Ronon. (Yay!)
Spoilers: None in sight.
Disclaimer: Same old, same old.
Word Count: 100
Prompt: Table 1 :: #4 - Water
Water! Atlantis was surrounded by the stuff. Rodney had come across two galaxies to be surround by yet more water, when he had left plenty behind on Earth.
It got into the equipment when teams needed to work outside. It flooded parts of the city. It doused them during the planet’s rainier months. It even drove Rodney crazy in the showers; going from cold to hot whenever it so chose.
The only redeeming quality about water was the way it flowed over Ronon’s smooth, dark skin when he cooled off after rigorous sparring sessions. Only then, could it be admired.
