I've been wondering...would it be possible for

scene2fic to be affiliated?

scene2fic is not really so much a prompt/ theme community as a community to encourage writing in general. It allows people to post scenes, chapters or full-length fics (from scenes that they want expanded from scene communities such as

50episodes).

Currently, the main focus is on writing scenes, as some people (like myself) join theme/prompt communities and eventually drop out because we can't make the word limit/ come up with a full fic.

scene2fic functions as a bridge, for people to post failed prompt attempts or anything that can help them achieve the aim of moving closer towards completing that fic for that challenge that they've taken up.

The aim of affiliation is more to allow members the opportunity to post works inspired by the prompt communities (be they failed attempts or no) without having to go through the moderators each time (it's more just to make things easy for them).

	I don't know where to ask this, but what about series like Fullmetal Alchemist? It has an anime and a manga that are almost competely seperate series. I want to do general, but would that include anime and manga or just one? Or would it be considered two different fandoms all together. (Reply to this) (Thread)

	Being a past fandomer of FMA I can say that in instances where there are two or more different medias of the same characters that one can specify which media they want. In your case you would do General(Anime/Manga). As they are vastly different in plot and amount of characters presented. I'll add this question to the FAQ as well. (Reply to this) (Parent)

	You say OCs are allowed; is fic set in an original setting allowed? (It developed out of imagining fannish characters in a different setting, but it's so significantly AU -- medieval political fantasy to cyberpunky superheroes -- that I can't really call it fanfic anymore, and have renamed the characters.)
