The emphasis is on animation. But some static ( or non-animated ) icons are okay. There are just a few rules and guides: 1. Your animations can be from any source; film, TV, or your own animated art. 2. Only one animated icon in front of a cut. So make sure it's one you feel will make people check out the rest. 3. If you have a large set of animated icons, try breaking it up into a multiple post for the sake of dial-up friends. 4. Nudity is okay. Porn is not here. Sorry. I do make animated porn icons.
