Update

mood: annoyed
This is an update and also something I think I forgot to mention. Friends of mine have been contacting the abuse team and they've been getting back to them. Another friend also made a seperate abuse ticket and they got back with her.

Yet, a week later the abuse team still hasn't responded to mine.


Should I open another ticket or keep responding to the one I already have?

Yes.

Only one has been a different subject but it was still responded to.

Then I would say you're aware of it in the original ticket, and see if they respond to that. If you have and they haven't responded in 24 hours, I'd start another.

Have you followed up with anyone outside of LJ at this point, like BBB? Are you going to?
