If you're looking for fic that's already been written, [info]rule34 is designed for searching out unusual fic (despite the name, it's a general community). I don't know if there's anywhere you can request fic like that be written, though.

I have some pairings I totally adore but have the worst time finding good stuff for that I don't personally create. XP
